Berkshire
Berkshires are friendly and curious, and are black with white points (ears, legs, tail). Their dark skin reduces sunburn. This breed is a slow-growing variety, best suited for pasture life.

You’ll find this meat is darker than commercial pork found in your grocery store. Berkshire pork is known for its juiciness, flavour and tenderness. It’s pink-hued and heavily marbled and the high fat content makes it suitable for long cooking and high-temperature cooking.
