This deposit will reserve your portion, cut to your specifications.


Approximately 1/2 of your meat will be ground and stew, 1/4 will be roasts (chuck, shoulder, rump, sirloin tip etc.) and 1/4 will be steaks (sirloin, prime / rib, T-bone, filet mignon, tenderloin etc.)


Beef sides and quarters are priced by the dressed/hanging weight. The cost is $5.00/ lb dressed weight.

For Quarter Shares, receive approximately 115-160 lbs dressed/hanging weight, approximately 80-120 lbs in the freezer. Approximately 3-5 cubic feet of freezer space required (3-5 milk crates). The final price for a quarter is approximately $700 +/- $100 per quarter. 


For Half Shares, receive approximately 230-320 lbs dressed/hanging weight, approximately 160-240 lbs in the freezer. Approximately 6-9 cubic feet of freezer space required (6-9 milk crates). The final price for a half share is approximately  $1400 +/- $200 per half.  To order a Half Share, add BOTH a HIND QUARTER and a FRONT QUARTER to your cart.


*size, weight, amount of beef, final costs are all approximate and WILL vary for your custom order. Your custom order may yeild slightly more or less than noted above. Costs WILL be vary and may be more or less than noted above depending on the size of the animal. 


This deposit will be applied to the final price of your beef. Final payment (less deposit) is due at time of pick up, or prior to delivery. 


You will receive a link to the cut list prior to your butcher date so you can customize your order.  


Please only place deposit if you agree to accept that final price, and yeild will vary with your order. We will work with you to meet any special requests. Butcher dates are listed with pick up dates at least 10 days following. Longer aging may be available if purchasing a whole.

    Let us do the work for you! Choose the simple, easy solution to picking your beef cuts. We use our own family's favourite cut list to give you the best value and variety of cuts: steaks, roasts, ground. Steaks are cut to 1", ground in packages of 1lb each, roasts cut into smaller managable sizes perfect for a family of 4. 


    Custom Cuts

    Fill out our cut list for the ultimate custom cuts your way. Custom cuts gives you complete control over what you want in your beef package. Typically only for sides and whole shares, but we will work with you for quarter shares if you woud like something special. 

  • For Quarter Shares, choose either the Front or the Hind. For Half Shares, you receive both Front and Hind.
